HISTORICAL INFORMATION:

In obedience to the Lord, Reverend Titian opened our doors to the orphaned and abused children in the Volta Region in 2004.   Many children were victims of HIV/AIDS as well as child labor and trafficking. By God’s grace she began providing a home for them where she could nurture them and share the love of Jesus with them.

Rev. Sharon believed that the Lord had a purpose for each of these children; and especially those who have no relatives.

The Lord has provided three and a half acres of land for us on the ocean at Keta, Volta Region. We look forward to building and establishing a Guest House which will help support the children and new facilities to house them and the Vocational Training Centre.  As the Lord in His timing provides, we will move forward to complete these buildings.

In the meantime we have been given a facility to use temporarily by the local District Assembly.  We also have established our first foster family, securing a home with two loving parents and their own three children for several of the children in our care.  Our foster mom was rescued as a young girl from a shrine and grew up at the mission.  Eventually she met her husband when he came to work with us and they were married.  We give thanks that the love of God has come full circle as they reach out together as foster parents to care for the next generation of their countrymen.
