November 2025 - Changing Lives, Transforming a Nation

Dear Friends of Titian Ministries,

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. (Psalm 100:1-5)

This is a season of thanksgiving and joy. Titian Ministries touches three countries: In Canada Thanksgiving Day was already celebrated; in The United States, Thanksgiving Day is on Thursday; In Ghana there is no official Thanksgiving Day, but similar sentiments are expressed on New Year’s Eve. Now Christmas, which each country celebrates, is approaching. We are particularly thankful for the generosity of all who have supported this ministry in each country in any way, through donations, prayers, and other efforts. Above all, we thank God for all that has been accomplished.

I returned to Ghana at the end of October. I am also thankful for those who “held down the fort” while I was away. A few good news items to share with you:

Joseph, one of our “children,” has finished his college courses and taken his license exam to become a teacher. His next step will be one year of mandatory national service. In addition to teaching Social Studies, he loves teaching traditional music, dance, and poetry, which he is doing while he waits for his assignment.

Samuel and Michael were in our 3rd IAM Bible School class. They graduated in 2019 and went on to study in the Ghana Baptist Seminary. They were recently ordained at the ministry headquarters. Then they were “robed” locally so that their churches could celebrate with them.

We presented Clement, our current IAM Bible School student who is handicapped, a wheelchair trike he can pedal with his hands. Clement and all the other students were thrilled. We thank Dolgeville Christian Fellowship who donated this.

Work has begun on our next renovation project at Winning Star Preparatory School. We started with laying a floor because the building was getting flooded when it rained. I will share pictures as it progresses.

In the last newsletter, I told you about Pastor Fred and his son’s need for a hearing aid. This need has been fulfilled, and we thank God for it. This family is in our newsletter again because of an important need:

This family were evicted from the rooms they were renting after the landlady passed away and her children took possession. They are unable to find adequate accommodation in their village and close enough to the school. Pastor Fred has started to build a home on the church/school property but in the meantime, the family is scattered over various places. He has laid the foundation and has enough cement blocks to build the outside walls. We are raising funds for the roof, floor, windows and doors, in order for the home to be enclosed and safe. The cost will be about $5,600. It is an urgent need…the family must be together according to Social Services in order for them to have the foster children, Peter and Paul.

To introduce Pastor Fred again: Pastor Fred and his wife Blessing are dedicated Christians who love children. In addition to their own 4, they brought her brother's twin newborn daughters into their family when their mother died in childbirth. The brother later passed away, adding another young boy to the family. When we requested the twin boys, under our care, attend their school as 'boarders', they instead agreed to become their foster parents. (The picture does not include their two youngest children.) Pastor Fred and Blessing have a church and Christan school, nursery through Junior High. Pastor Fred is also a teacher at our IAM Bible Institute and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Titian Board of Directors in Ghana.

Please, prayerfully consider giving to this wonderful family in Ghana. You can give online or with a check by mail. The information is at the end of the newsletter. Please specifically indicate it is for Pastor Fred’s house.

Remember us in your prayers:

For Pastor Fred, Blessings, and their need for a home.

For a buyer for our property by the ocean. It has been on the market for 2 years. It is much larger than our current needs, and the funds will allow us to establish an investment, as well as help with the current ministry needs.

For Joshua, who is looking for a nursing job.

For all the students we help: the foster children, those who used to be in the children’s home, and for those who go to Winning Star Preparatory School.

In His Service,

Donna

Rev. Donna J. Rohrmiller (Director, Ghana)
